Our mission is to restore our bodies and minds by moving more and stressing less to build strong bodies and resilient minds that will support us through life.

Primalatés (pronounced prime-a-laties) was officially founded in 2016, but the dream began long before this when our Founder, Eloise Bonel discovered movement and meditation as the antidote to her stressful corporate life. It wasn't long before she realised her calling is to share movement in a way that is challenging yet suitable for all levels, and meditation that is secular and easily digestible.

We offer classes online in AEST and GMT Timezones, and face to face at Elements Collective, Fortitude Valley (commencing 21st January 2021).

Eloise discovered Pilates through injury and quickly discovered how effective it is in improving strength, coordination, balance, and mobility. 


Coming from a corporate background, she is passionate about correcting the movement patterns that we adopt from #officelife and soothing busy minds from heavy workloads.

Cynthia was introduced to Pilates through friends and initially used it to stretch, but quickly noticed it was making her strong and lean too!


Cynthia wanted to share this technique to help people strengthen and condition their bodies. Her classes focus on conditioning, lengthening, and strengthening the body, and as a competitive runner she knows how to bring the burn!
